TOM JONES IN CYPRUS

We won’t lie, we’re big Tom Jones fans so when this opportunity came along, we couldn’t resist.

This was the first of two concerts we were marketing in Cyprus, and this came with it’s challenges that would not only affect this campaign but the future concert with Ed Sheeran too.

 
The Brief
We were brought on board by Moonlight Show Productions, Cyprus’ leading live concert promoter, to achieve their primary goals: sell out Tom Jones’ one night gig in Cyprus as part of his Ages & Stages Tour.

Our responsibilities included managing both the promoter’s and the arena’s social media from the ground up, executing targeted paid media campaigns on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, and creating engaging content to connect authentically with both local fans and international Tom Jones enthusiasts, specifically British expats. Given Tom Jones' older audience demographic, we focused on Meta as the primary channels and worked a little harder to build trust with the audience, ensuring they felt confident engaging with and purchasing through our campaigns.

  • Ticket Influx: 40% of ticket sales in the last 48 hours.

  • Increased trust with Cyprus residents for future concerts

This surge in trust from our personal videos ensured that fans felt confident when purchasing tickets, and knew that the concert was happening. This is testament to how much we humanised the experience.
